Great Lakes Coffee and Chocolate

This is going to be a quick post, because I have lots of homework to do tonight so that I can go see Juno [that will warrant a post of it's own] tomorrow night.



Review of Great Lakes Coffee and Chocolate

Now, if you know me, you know that i don't really like coffee. I like chai, tea, hot chocolate, but I don't like coffee. So I was kind of sceptical about going to GL COFFEE and Chocolate. But I'm really glad I did. Mere and I went after we saw The Golden Compass, which was actually a long time ago, sort of. Whatever. I'm getting side-tracked.

We both had hot chocolate, and I don't think I would be exagerating if I said it was the best hot cocoa I've ever had. For sure in my top five, anyway. Really, my only complaint about the whole place is that the chair are really uncomfortable. But the hot chocolate is good, it's close to my house [yay!], the truffles there look absolutely delectable although I haven't tried one yet, and they have a nice atmosphere.

CAFÉ RATING SCALE
1 - A pit.
2 - Mediocre.
3 - Pretty good.
4 - Wonderful.
5 - When can I move in?

GLC&C is rated a 4.5 so far. This may fluctuate.

A last comment: I want a Great lakes Coffee and Chocolate hoodie! :]
